Advanced use of IT is the foundation for Statkraft’s present and future position as one of the most competitive players in the energy industry. We have a genuine belief in the value of the best possible cooperation between business and IT. Additionally, it is important that the IT function delivers cost-effective IT services. We want to strengthen our IT organisation further and are looking for competent people who are eager to contribute to the development of the IT function in accordance with Statkraft’s global growth ambitions.
Statkraft is taking on a global ERP project in the upcoming period, where our existing solution will either be upgraded to the next generation or replaced by a completely new solution. The next generation ERP will form Statkraft’s future digital core and will be a key component in securing global, stream-lined and standardized processes. It will also be a key element in enabling new ways of working based on an intuitive UX featuring alerts and guided analytics, embedded reporting, machine learning and process automatization (RPA).
This project includes both technical- and business process preparations, and it will be an excellent opportunity for graduates, or candidates with a few years of experience, to learn first-hand about how we are providing clean energy in a global and dynamic environment.
Your role:
As a graduate or a candidate with a few years of experience, you will be working as Internal Application Consultant in the department Global ERP Applications. You will get the opportunity to learn a lot about ERP implementations, business processes and digitalization, and will be followed up by senior resources that will facilitate for learning through the project and in other ongoing activities.
Be part of a project team to prepare for and implement Statkraft’s future ERP solution
Deliver on specific project activities under leadership of experienced resources from the business, internal and external subject matter experts
Work together with the business units on improvement and implementation activities
Be part of Global ERP Applications team
Maintaining best practice solution
Solve incidents and implement change requests
Be the future subject matter expert on selected areas
Your profile:
Higher relevant education at a university level
Strong competence in business / IT
Interest in ERP business applications
A good understanding of how digitalization can drive business processes and empower employees
Curious and willing to learn
Goal-oriented with good leadership skills
Excellent communication and cooperation skills
0-5 years of experience
Fluent in Norwegian and English
