  • As an HRBP, you will have local HR responsibility for staff in Statkraft India and you would be handling day-to-day HR related topics with a special focus on the IT workforce in India. Ensuring that all HR processes are implemented and followed up according to Statkraft policies.

 

  • Partner with line managers, be a trusted advisor in all HR related processes and personnel issues:
    • Recruitment of new employees and ensuring good recruitment processes, including psychometrical tests, reference checks, recommendations, contract management and on-boarding
    • Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and talent management
    • Position evaluations using Hay Group methodology
    • Support target setting and performance management process
    • Develop and implement plans for competence development on technical and behavioural areas esp. leadership development, communication etc.
    • Drive automation projects in HR, in collaboration with the corporate
    • Gauge employee needs of the knowledge workers in IT and devise HR initiatives for them. Benchmark best practices from the industry
    • Duty or care and focus on employee’s mental health
    • Cooperation and collaboration with HR at Headquarters
    • Support in building a culture of diversity and inclusion
    • Support in organization survey and in building OD initiatives and structures
    • Drive and monitor engagement initiatives for the organization
    • Develop agile ways of recruitment and is skilled on various ability and psychometric tests

 

 

About you:

 

We look for experienced Human Resource professional with the essential skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions. That includes:

 

  • Preferably Engineer/MCA and/or Master’s degree in business administration with HR specialisation from reputed institutes
  • 6-8 years of experience from a broad HR generalist role and worked in IT industry and with automation
  • Preferably experience from a dynamic, international and competence intensive environment
  • Good business understanding and commercial consciousness
  • Result-oriented personality who thinks in terms of solutions
  • Efficient team player and relationship builder and having a good vendor network
  • Professional with high level of integrity and work ethics
  • Good judgement and ability of working independently as well as in teams
  • Willing to travel to our remote locations for HR and labour compliance related matters with site employees and contractors.
  • Excellent communication skills written and oral in English
