Of course, you’ll be working as an HR Coordinator and we’ll need you to have some experience within HR, but you’ll be working with our team based in Immingham, working Monday to Friday, 9-5pm, with some flexibility during busy periods.  Perhaps slightly biased but they’re great!  Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, Lou, who has a wealth of HR experience and knowledge and started herself many moons ago as an HR Coordinator, you’ll also be working alongside 3 HR Coordinators who currently manage all the operational and colleague lifecycle work for the UK and Ireland.  Work hard, play hard, and that’s exactly what the team do.  Aside from changing the radio station frequently, they’re always looking at new ideas to work closer and easier with key stakeholders in the business whilst not compromising on the quick and effective service they deliver.  Working closely with the Payroll team, HR Advisors and the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be providing the full rounded HR coordination to the business.  The role is super-fast paced, as with whole logistics industry, so you’ll need to work at speed as well as being hot on attention to detail.

Salary £21,000 - £24,000
