We are currently working to ensure that the HR function itself is well set up to support Statkraft’s ambitions and are seeking a Head of People Solutions.

Your role: 

• Embody the “People First” vision through maintaining end-to-end responsibility for employee/customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence within the scope of the Global People Solutions, including vendors 
• Initiate, build and sustain productive relationships with business stakeholders and internal delivery partners
• lead a team of geographically dispersed resources to deliver global services and processes – with local adaptations where necessary
• Guide the business in following the “Global First” vision by delivering global experiences and ensure necessary local adaptations
• Maintain high performance levels for delivery of services globally and locally
• Following the «Digital First» vision through continuously improving the delivery model and strategy, implementing and managing implementation with the associated teams
• Provide accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery and be responsible for financial management and reporting. 

About you: 

We are looking for someone with a proven track record from leading the delivery of people focused services in a matrix organization with global operations and stakeholders. That includes knowledge in: 

• 7-10 years’ experience working within shared services or other service organizations 
• Building, leading and developing a geographically disperse team
• Experience with setting up deliveries which are global, standardized, and efficient, but locally adapted and compliant
• Stakeholder management, cultural awareness and communication capabilities from working in large/medium-sized international organisations with matrix organization
• Structuring of a shared services delivery model, and application of Service Management, HR processes and technology
• Experience in setting up and maintaining agreements and relationships with vendors and internal partners to ensure successful deliveries
• Building a service-oriented culture; strong performance and a strong focus on people and business
• Juggling multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way
• Encouraging team play and collaboration as a part of realizing an overall vision
