Your role: 

• Lifecycle Management ERP platform  

Develop strategy and roadmaps  

Manage Application Lifecycle Events (upgrades, changes, consolidations) 

• Application Support Services for ERP Application 

Manage the provision of support for global application issues and incidents raised via the Service Desk 

Implementation of Minor Changes & Enhancements to Applications 

Provide Business Go-Live /Cutover Support for Application Changes  

Provide Application Operational Support and Process/Performance Monitoring 

• Ensure Solution Development 

Requirement Analysis 

Solution Design and Development 

Implementation and Testing 

• Vendor management 

Develop vendor strategy and roadmaps (for software and services) 

Cost and compliance control 

• Line Management of the Global Application Team 

Develop a global functional team (incl. internal employees and partners) 

Resource allocation to project- and support- tasks  

Management reporting 

Your profile: 

• >5 years of relevant professional IT experience, ideally in project or applications management  

• Professional leadership experience 

• Broad application- and process knowledge – specifically in SAP applications  

• Good technical IT understanding  

• Customer and service minded 

• Reliable 

• Process oriented 

• A good communicator, both written and verbal
