Head of Global ERP Platform Management

Statkraft IT is the Statkraft Group’s IT service provider and Digitalization Centre of Expertise, delivering a full set of services from business development, change management, projects, application development to operational services.
The Global ERP Platform Management within Statkraft MIB (Global Business Solution & Services) ensures deliveries of global solutions and services based on standard ERP software; mainly from SAP. These solutions and services are utilized globally across Statkrafts BA/SA in a standardized way.
As Head of Global ERP Platform Management, you will be responsible for the effective management of the platform; this includes incident and change management, software management, vendor management, internal service delivery agreements and cost management.
Your role:
Lifecycle Management ERP platform
Develop strategy and roadmaps
Manage Application Lifecycle Events (upgrades, changes, consolidations)
Application Support Services for ERP Application
Manage the provision of support for global application issues and incidents raised via the Service Desk
Implementation of Minor Changes & Enhancements to Applications
Provide Business Go-Live /Cutover Support for Application Changes
Provide Application Operational Support and Process/Performance Monitoring
Ensure Solution Development
Requirement Analysis
Solution Design and Development
Implementation and Testing
Vendor management
Develop vendor strategy and roadmaps (for software and services)
Cost and compliance control
- Line Management of the Global Application Team
Develop a global functional team (incl. internal employees and partners)
Resource allocation to project- and support- tasks
Management reporting
Line Manager duties – performance reviews, recruitment, etc.
Budget responsibility
Overall, the position will require close cooperation with process- and system owners and Business IT Developers.
Your profile:
>5 years of relevant professional IT experience, ideally in project or applications management
Professional leadership experience
Broad application- and process knowledge – specifically in SAP applications
Good technical IT understanding
Customer and service minded
Reliable
Process oriented
A good communicator, both written and verbal
