Handelsbanken Capital Markets consists of the four business areas: Markets, Asset Management, Pension & Life, and International. Handelsbanken Capital Markets is an integral part of Handelsbanken.

One of Handelsbanken Capital Markets’ key department is Global analys which consists of Equity research, Credit research, Macro research, Publishing and Workflow. Our mission at Workflow is to maintain and support the IT-infrastructure needed to create and publish data on various channels, produced by the above teams.

Our website is the most important channel for our customers. We aim to develop the best IT research platform on the market. As we have a flexible infrastructure, other areas within the bank is keen on utilize our services, which means that our team is involved in a wide spectrum of tasks. However all our infrastructure is custom built in-house, which means that the developers in our team can utilize their full stack competence. 

We seek a part-time developer for full stack C# .NET projects. We expect you to work on average one day a week during the semesters. For the right candidate, there may also be a possibility to work as summer intern between June and August 2020.

You will have the possibility working with a project from design to implementation with the support of our full-time developers. We appreciate that you might be more interested in some areas, therefore we will together find a suitably project for you.

We are working with Visual Studio 2019 and C#. AngularJS, Angular 2+, Angular CLI, Angular Material, JQuery, CSS (or preprocessors, ex. Sass), HTML, Web API, SQL Server, JavaScript, TypeScript, Git. TFS

Qualifications: 

• A passion for coding
• Knowledge in C# is considered a plus
• Knowledge of the Angular framework is considered a plus
• Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Strong analytical abilities
• Works well in team-based environments but also independently
• Attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple project parts at the same time and a willingness to work hard
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
