An exciting opportunity in the Core Product area has arisen as a Group Manager K-Line products, reporting to Department Manager of Bridge, Positioning & Manoeuvring.

In this role, you will be a part of the core product management team ensuring the continuous delivery and future development of our products. You will be responsible for K-Pos & K-Thrust.

Group Manager – K-Line products

• Focus on supporting product to achieve their roadmaps and vision for the current product lines (maintenance & utilization)
• Support delivery and customer supports on-going business objectives
• Coordinate priorities and the workstream in the different teams
• Knowledge and Performance Management
• Perform collaboration with other units, departments, and teams
• Secure efficient and common development tools
• Be an active member in the development team(s)

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor, Master, or a PhD degree in one of these fields: SW Engineering, Computer Science, Cybernetics, or similar field
• Experience from earlier team lead or project management is a benefit
• Interest in people development
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
