Warning, if you’re looking for a 9-5 Monday to Friday desk job, this isn’t the role for you.  But if you are looking for development to become a leader in an international business where you’ll be managing teams both on ships, land and in Head Office functions, you’ve picked the right ad!  Contrary to common belief, even our Head Office functions are logging on around the clock to help support our colleagues on the ground and on our ships.

 

So, picture your graduate journey.  You’ll be on a two-year development programme where you’ll have the opportunity to work across our ferry, passenger, channel and logistics businesses.  You’ll need to be flexible as, to give you the best experience within our business, we’ll need you to move around the country every 6 months throughout your programme so you can experience working at our different sites and with our customers.  There could be some international travel and some international placements available too if this is of interest.

 

During the 2-year programme, you could be working at site on the Port of Immingham (which incidentally is the size of Disneyland Paris!) or one of our logistics sites in Peterborough managing a team of planners and drivers.  You could even be involved in projects across the business to enhance our employer brand or perhaps involvement with the 100 electric trucks we have just purchased.
