About the job
We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Open banking organization. Our mission is to enable SEB to grow our business within the financial ecosystem, specializing in API solutions and secure integrations with external parties. We are involved in several strategic initiatives building new products, all the way from the ideation phase to implementation and maintenance mode.

In this role you will be a part of an agile team that is responsible for our API platform and Developer portal application. The Developer portal is fronting both external and internal users. Externally, the developer portal is our API marketplace targeting developers and potentially business developers around the world. Internally, it serves as an API catalog, enabling reuse and descriptions of our services within the organization.

Development and maintenance of the Developer portal application will be your main assignment.

We are striving for a world-class experience for users of the Developer portal! Built on modern architecture, we are redesigning the graphical interface as well as the underlying functionality and infrastructure. Under the hood, you will find some more complex components handling e.g. authorization and authentication of the user connecting with SEBs APIs.

Who are you?
You are a skilled developer, operating easily within modern web technologies, and can together with UX designers and product owners create a great customer experience and Front-end layer. Preferable, your technical experience is quite broad so you have some experience of backend development and you understand modern devops concepts.

Required expertise: HTML/CSS JavaScript/NodeJS and a Front-end framework such as Angular/React/Vue. A language of your choice like e.g C#/Java/Golang. Good to know is Container technologies like Kubernetes/Openshift and messaging/PubSub concepts like Kafka . Skills of awesomeness are Cloud experience or API expertise!

Working in Git comes naturally for you, and you are used to an opensource way of working and development principles.
