Through scanning of documents CogiDocs assists organizations to make important, but difficult work processes, more efficient. Our customers save time, money and space through electronic handling of invoices and other documents. CogiDocs has cooperated with customers and vendors to develop solutions that integrate scanned documents to a wide variety of work flows. The company was bought by Visma in 2010 and from 2016 became part of Azets AS. CogiDocs Group headquarters are located in Røyrvik, Norway, but the position offers a high degree of flexibility and you can be located/work from almost anywhere within the Nordic countries. 

We are now looking for an experienced and analytical Finance Director with strong numerical skills to drive our organization's financial operations and improve financial performance. As a global company, located both in the Nordics and in the UK this role offers a wide range of new experiences.

The Financial Director should be motivated by getting all the details correct and working under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and reporting on financial performance
• Supporting and driving future growth initiatives
• Developing and implementing relevant KPIs
• Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets
• Reviewing budgets
• Assessing, managing and minimizing operational risk

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to details
• Strong finance experience with the ability to support from an operational angel 
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Experience from use of different ERP systems as well as BI tools

This position will report to Group CEO, and is expected to serve as the primary finance support for a growing company.

The position can be based in any of the countries where CogiDocs are present, in Norway, Sweden and Finland. Some travel activities must be expected in certain periods.
