We are looking for an experienced leader to drive and inspire the further development and implementation of the digital workspace for Elkem's employees. You will lead our digital workspace department in Elkem IT, with overall responsibility for collaboration tools and technical solutions across the global organisation. Digitalisation is an essential part of our strategy for further growth and development, and you will have a key role in our digital transformation.

• Contribute to the realisation of our IT strategy – boosting value from digital
• Drive digital workspace delivery capabilities, governance, innovation and technology adaptation
• Through inspirational management with proximity to business, enable the full potential of Microsoft 365 tools and digital collaboration solutions
• Lead a team of independent, dedicated and highly competent colleagues

 

Qualifications required for the position:

• MSc degree in relevant discipline
• Solid experience with technical and personnel management, preferably from a global company
• In-depth knowledge of IT and project management
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language
• French or Chinese language skills will be an advantage

The position reports to Head of IT Infrastructure in Elkem IT and can be located in Kristiansand or Oslo. Some travelling is expected.
