As our new DevOps Release Manager, you will become an important part of our Maritime Simulations team that provides market leading simulator solutions that are used for mandatory STCW training and advanced integrated crew training for maritime, naval and offshore industries worldwide. You will be responsible for test management and for releasing software to support the business of our customers and partners. You will work with product advisors, agile development teams and customer service representatives. You will be involved in continuously implementing, deploying, and driving new features as well as securing customer feedback. We promise you exciting challenges in an environment fit for growth.

To succeed in this role, you hold a BSc/MSc in computer science or equivalent work experience. You have a strong passion for software quality and software delivery best practice, with the ability to drive and improve work processes across multi-functional teams. Your have a DevOps mindset and experience with agile processes, full lifecycle SW development and test management. If you can work both independently and as a team player, and have with good communications skills in Norwegian and English, you should apply for this position.  

This role is perfect for you who already have:

• Domain knowledge of maritime sector and maritime systems
• Experience with customer facing SW delivery, SW implementation or information systems operations
• Hands on experience with DevOps tools and practices
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure
• Solid understanding of project management principles
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
