Key Responsibilities:

HSSE

•           Promotes compliance with DNO Policies and standards.

•           Participates in HSSE and nonconformance event investigations and reporting as required.

•           Conducts safety audits when on field visits

Planning and Operations

•           Prepares intervention and workover programs in a timely manner to ensure proper review and approvals

•           Liaises with CWT team in-country to prepare for execution

•           Assures well integrity

•           Help CWT team and prepares timely end of job reports

•           Ensures proper communication with relevant parties – service providers and stakeholders etc.

•           Prepares Risk Analyses and arranges HAZID/HAZOPS as per DNO Asset Integrity Standard

Performance and Cost Monitoring

•           QA/QC of data in Daily Workover Report

•           Monitors daily costs

•           Participates in cost control of programs vs budget.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

•           4 years+ experience in well engineering with specific focus on workover and intervention

•           Experience in well testing

•           Experience in Coil tubing operation

•           Experience in Slick line operation

•           Bachelor Degree in a relevant subject
