Our Global Customer Support division is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes services, upgrades and support in the aftermarket. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades and spare parts in order to secure availability and predictability to our customers.
An opportunity has arisen for the role of Customer Training Coordinator in our Training Team based in Ålesund. In this role you will be our customer’s first point of contact and will have a key role in the team. If you are a service minded and structured individual then this could be your opportunity to join a competent and professional team.
Key accountabilities
- Coordination of training courses
- Provide customer with course information, course schedule, visitor information and invitation letters
- Provide instructors with necessary information: participants lists, handouts, giveaways etc
- Maintain the course schedule for Aalesund Training Centre in cooperation with the Training Manager
- Support training coordinators in other sites with the handling of customer training
- Support Line Manager on any other relevant activities relating to the planning and delivery of customer training courses
- Invoicing and reporting
Qualifications and experience
- A degree from relevant subject is preferred, but relevant experience is more important than formal education.
- Strong verbal communication and written skills in English language
- Able to adapt to quickly-changing priorities
