Kongsberg Digital is a provider of next-generation software and digital solutions to customers within the maritime, oil & energy, and utilities industries. As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Customer Success Manager, who will play a crucial role in ensuring our continuous success.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will become a part of a global Vessel Insight team where you will be responsible for driving adoption of the Kognifai services and ensure customer satisfaction and return on investment (ROI). You will be working with some of the leading Maritime players globally to help them in their digital transformation. You will also get the opportunity to:
- Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of our services with the aim of helping grow our customer base
- Maintain portfolio and monitoring analytics, reports and KPIs
- Create internal and customer-facing reports
- Proactively consult to fully understand the customers’ needs and actively solve pain points for the customers
- Build strong trust-based relationships with users and customer sponsors, often at the Vice President and C-suite level
Who are you?
As a person you are passionate about making eureka moments for customers and are intrigued by what technology can make possible. You have experience from customer facing positions (sales, customer service or similar), preferably within the maritime industry. Good knowledge of the maritime domain is a prerequisite, whereas additional experience from digitalization/SaaS will count as a plus. We nevertheless believe that you are a person who wants to make a change in the industry and who believes that digitalization is the way to go.

- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Ambitions, curiosity and relationship management skills
