Consultant/Senior Consultant – Digital Business

Epinion is a Danish-based consumer consultancy company – built on a strong understanding of the voice of people. We help clients understand the needs of their customers. To support the growth of an exciting new business area focusing on customer loyalty, digitalization and personalization, we are looking for a bright and talented new colleague to join our Digital Business team.

About the role:

You will join a diverse team of consumer consultants who work with leading brands in the private sector and the aviation sector. We can offer you a unique role in the cross-field between surveys, customer loyalty and advanced analytics. In short, your role will be to make sense of data. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client relationships, project teams and continuous/ad-hoc market research projects
  • Growing sales to existing clients by identifying new opportunities and supporting the writing of proposals
  • Analyzing and reporting on data collected for continuous trackers and ad-hoc projects
  • Supporting senior colleagues in client dialogues and meetings
  • Supporting other colleagues in creating insights based on survey data

About you:

To succeed in this role, you need to have an analytical mindset and a strong interest in consulting based on deep understanding of consumer behavior. Our ideal candidate has the following profile:

  • You have experience from e.g. market research, management consulting or an internal insight department
  • You have practical experience with survey data or questionnaires
  • You have a relevant degree in e.g. business administration, political science, economics, cognitive science or other related field
  • You are a super-user of MS Office, are familiar with statistical software such as SPSS or R
  • You work in a structured way, can keep cool under pressure and you have attention to details, while never losing sight of the commercial implications of the consumer insights
  • You take responsibility for your own projects, but are always willing to help others when needed
  • You have a strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • You are flexible and willing to go the extra mile during peak periods
  • You can transform advanced statistical analysis into concrete business recommendations
  • You are fluent in Danish and English

As a person, you are ambitious, curious, proactive, and like to get things done. But most importantly you can see yourself as part of a team with a start-up mentality. Previous work experience would be a plus but is not a prerequisite. We would also welcome applications from recent graduates.

Additional Information
