As a Compliance Officer you will hold a central role in our Finance & Controlling department, being a trusted advisor to the organization and support with the implementation and monitoring of our compliance program. You will drive the organizational understanding of, and adherence to, antibribery, corruption, ethics and business conduct policies, and provide risk management and advise in support of strategies and business. As our Compliance Officer you will also be responsible for identifying and defining control issues and root causes and provide good solutions to these.  

As a person you take great pride in your work and you gladly promote new ideas and ways of executing tasks and projects. Others will describe you as structured with an analytical eye, always seeing the details in addition to having a holistic perspective. In addition to working well independently, you see the true value of being a part of a team and work closely towards common goals.

And most importantly you possess grit and some superpowers that you bring with you to the team here at Kongsberg Digital.

Do you already have...

• A Bachelor or master’s degree in relevant areas such as finance, law, risk management, internal control etc
• Experienced from a similar position withing a law firm or external audit/consulting company
• Strong interest in how technology and governance systems can support internal control effectiveness and efficiency
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong business acumen and Financial understanding
• Fluent Norwegian and English, written and oral
