You will be part of Cross Customer Solution which is a cross divisional support function within Front Domain. We provide business oriented and cost efficient IT development, maintenance and support for SEB. IT in SEB is on a change journey to become more business oriented, effective and strategic. Cross Customer Solution Area has taken several steps in the process to enhance our deliveries, and you will have an important role in setting the new way of working going forward.

Cross Customers Solution is an Area within Front Domain with the purpose to deliver great customer value and to build the digital bank by providing rapid IT development & reliable, maintainable solutions for the future. Our mission is keeping connectivity, process and information together, combined with the responsibility for the important customer processes. About the position
We constantly strive to improve the customer experience. You will, together with key stakeholders in the Channels & Martech Tribes, drive and further develop the vendor management. You will play a key role in maintaining the vendor management process for our digital channels and within the open banking area.

SEB has a solid vendor management process in place. We cover researching and sourcing vendors, quality of work, negotiating contracts, controlling costs, managing risks, managing relationships and evaluating performance. In the role as Commercial manager you will collaborate with Department manager and Contract managers, where you are supported by other cross functions in SEB such as Procurement, Security and Risk.

You will manage all suppliers within our Area on a daily basis, i.e. monitor performance and output, ensure contract terms are being followed, approve or disapprove changes, provide feedback, and develop relationships through effective communication, honesty and integrity.

The position is located in Solna Arenastaden.

Who are you?
You preferably have an academic degree and/or a few years of experience from vendor management experience. You have a proven ability to manage a vendor landscape in change. As a person you are equally passionate about technology and business. You are secure in communicating at all levels in the company. You are curious, solution-oriented and have a natural drive to collaborate with others. Experience from working with vendor management in an agile organization is meritorious.
