Do you want to help us grow and transform the Personal Banking segment to remain competitive and relevant for the future? Great! SEB is now looking for a Commercial Manager for Accounts & Payments with responsibility to strengthen our business and market position within this important area. The Personal Banking segment is part of our division Corporate & Private Customers and serves more than a million customers in Sweden with revenues of approx. 7bn SEK mainly generated from mortgages, savings and deposits.

About the job
As our Commercial Manager you will be part of the Personal Banking segment team where you will drive the Personal Banking’s business together with colleagues. In particular, you are responsible for developing and securing the overall strategy for the Payment area; offering, sales, marketing and follow-up, including transaction account, payments, cards, PFM (Personal Financial Management)  and other related third party services. In your role you will be reporting to the Head of Personal Banking and be part of the Personal Banking Management Team.

Your success will depend on a close collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholders e.g.  Distribution, Business Development, Digital Experience & Innovation, Customer Insight, and other central parts of SEB.

In order to be successful, we believe you have 10+ years of work experience, a relevant university degree and previous experience from working with distribution of financial services and products and/or business development. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
