To strengthen our DFDS primeRail Intermodal team, we are looking for a committed and motivated Commercial Finance Manager (m/f/d) in full-time at our offices in Troisdorf.

Your tasks

• invoicing and dunning
• invoice verification
• processing of payment transactions
• processing current business transactions
• preparation and auditing of monthly and annual financial statement according to the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• preparation and evaluation of various Finance, HR and Controlling data
• integration into the group reporting of the foreign parent company
• preparation of income statements and strategic planning
• preparation of various employee documents and payroll tax issues
• direct contact for the various Finance, HR and Controlling departments within the group, as well as for the tax office, service providers and customers
• processing incoming and outgoing mail
• general office duties and office organisation
• preparation, maintenance, review and filing of various documents, e.g. contracts, minutes, personnel files, receipts
• written and telephone communication within the group and business partners at home and abroad

Your profile

• sucessful completed commercial training, additional qualification as Financial Accountant (m/f/d) or comparable advantageous
• at least 5 years of professional experience in the areas Finance / HR / Controlling
• commercial all-rounder
• good office skills
• structured, independent and responsible way of working
• very good knowledge of German and English
