About the job 
The technology, data and infrastructure landscape at SEB is undergoing a constant change and modernization with aim to take advantage of cloud technologies for relevant workloads. As Cloud Transformation Lead your responsibility will be focus on stepwise implementation from early exploration of cloud functions to moving business essential functionality to Cloud, enabling business opportunities and build secure and compliant solutions.

The team that you will lead consists of 20+ people with varying skillsets and roles with the focus in both public and private Cloud delivery. The team have close collaboration with other infrastructure, development solutions, developer teams and security to delivery standardized and managed Cloud solutions. The responsibility also emphasis competence planning and support for organizational readiness medium and long term. Furthermore, you and the cloud team will technically guide and support projects and development teams with their cloud implementations. This includes covering quality, security and compliance in a managed Cloud platform perspective as well as supporting implementation of Business SaaS solutions.

Who are you? 
As a Cloud Transformation Lead, you are expected to have a combination of depth and at the same time a broad contextual competence within the Cloud Technology area. This means a good insight into traditional workload in co-existence with Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud workloads. It is also preferred that you have experience from working with DevSecOps. In this challenging context it is expected that the Cloud Transformation Lead will drive and support the transformation aligned with the overall SEB business strategy, SEB IT strategy and the target architecture for Cloud. It is a merit if you have an understanding of Cloud contractual/legal structures in relation to technical implementation in a regulated business environment as well as experience in vendor management of Cloud Provider(s).

You have great collaboration and teaming skills that you enjoy challenge and to solve them in an inclusive way. You are a solid communicator with the ability to envision targets with tangible plans as well as explaining and inspire colleagues within the organization. You assume personal accountability for creating and delivering high-value results.

Equally important as any formal training or education is that you have a passion for driving changes and a willingness to always learn more about the Cloud area with a strong interest to keep you updated on the relevant Cloud model trends relevant for the financial industry and technology.
