As our Cloud Operations Engineer you will become a part of the company´s Technology division, supporting cloud platform operations for all products in Kongsberg Digital.

 

You will also get the opportunity to:

• Deliver solutions to Product areas by means of Infrastructure as Code
• Transform existing cloud environments into pure Infrastructure as Code
• Development and maintenance of existing and new solutions (Agile DevOps, Sprint based)
• Supporting business with cloud based services (e.g. Enterprise Business Applications; D365 F&O, HR, CE)
• Hands-on troubleshooting

 

Who are you?

 

You are passionate about technology and get motivated by working on solutions that could potentially impact a whole global industry. We believe you have work experience within development and operations, including good knowledge of Microsoft Azure. Others describe you as a curious person who loves to work with complex solutions and is not afraid to dive into details. By combining a structured approach with a proactive attitude, you are a perfect sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders.

 

And most importantly you possess grit and some superpowers that you bring with you to the team here at Kongsberg Digital.

 

Do you also have:

 

• Basic/strong networking skills
• Strong scripting competency e.g., PowerShell, Python
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform, Pulumi
• CI/CD pipelines
• Strong troubleshooting skills e.g., logs, monitoring, analytics
• Good understanding of IT as a business partner in the organization
• Technical knowledge of information-security principles, including risk assessment and management and application security
• Ability to prioritize and manage different deliverables while quickly adapting to changing priorities and demands
