Every passenger travelling with us is welcomed to one of our bars or restaurants onboard one of our six passenger vessels in the Baltic Sea.
Your main tasks will be:

• Driving and supporting F&B business and developing aligned and optimized performance on each of DFDS Baltic routes operating from Klaipėda and Paldiski
• Performing a full traveller need assessment (customer habits, pricing analysis, trend watching etc.)
• Develop new and existing relationships, execute contracts with local suppliers in the Baltic countries and international ones across Europe
• Find and introduce new brands and products in DFDS bars and restaurants
• Roll out promotional activities together with DFDS On-board team, to boost sales
• Carry out regular product sales performance reviews to ensure that all products and assortments remain updated in bars and restaurants
• Train and coach DFDS catering staff
• Set up sales targets and bring out motivation programs for catering staff

• Proven manager experience in restaurant and catering business
• Knowledge and understanding of restaurant sales and marketing
• Excellent network of contacts, experienced in relationship management
• Good social and communication abilities
• Outstanding negotiating skills
• Analytical expertise
• You are a self-starter, service-minded, and a hands-on person

• Great working place - you will be based in Klaipeda office but you will frequently be on-board of our vessels, working closely together with our catering Business Leaders
