Our operation in Shetland is growing and we are focussed on maintaining the excellent service we already deliver, so, we’re looking for a Cargo Supervisor to join our team.  If you’re passionate about delivering a great service and have experience with logistics, we have the role for you!

 

As you know, our industry rarely stops so we need you to work from Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday on a rota basis.  You’ll be assisting with the management of the transport operation on site and ensuring that planning is executed in the most cost-effective way.  You’ll be communicating with our drivers and tracking adherence to collection and delivery plans for both core fleet and sub-contractors.  Health and Safety is a huge focus for us, so we’ll need you to be completing accident investigation and near miss reports and offering advice and guidance on adhering to food hygiene rules.  We can give you all of the training you need to be able succeed in your role.
