Levi´s Store is looking for a new Store Manager who wants to help further develop the company and continue to contribute to our success story!

The store manager's task with us at Levi's Store is to lead the work and coach the sales people in his store. That is, to create and work for a culture that is characterized by team spirit, cooperation and a good working environment.

The store manager has overall responsibility for the store, which means that you are responsible for planning and implementing the daily operations and together with your team strive to achieve the store's set goals.

Your driving forces and characteristics:

• The main task in the store is to be there for the customer and for your employees - listen, help, inspire and sell.
• Is flexible, solution-oriented and responsible and has an interest in store finances.
• Is positive and can handle change. In this you are motivating and good at developing others.
• Good co-operation ability and communicative.
• You have experience and knowledge from the service industry, but your personality and your interest in Levi's and people are at least as important.

The service is full time, 40 hours / week and working hours are varied, day, evening and weekend.
