Are you a person that both talk digital but at the same time have fingerspitzgeful on daily logistic processes in a global setting? The one person that is both able to connect people, and at the same time improve lives?
We want to extend our Business Process Optimization & IT team with an experienced and practical oriented, hands-on specialist within Process and Application. The overall purpose of this position will be to get the potential out of our digital landscape in our daily production. We think that our new colleague has Entrepreneurial Spirit and Passion as key drivers, and never give up before he / she succeeds.
Main Tasks and duties- Govern local processes based on DHL Best Practice
- Drive and implement process improvement projects
- Identify improvements within, and be "hands on" resource for IT automation projects
- Support system and process changes; local communication and implementation (functional)
- Facilitate, train and govern Super User communities
- Act as an ambassador for change / transition activities
Your Skills and Expertise
Mandatory requirements:
- Expert within Global Logistic Processes (AFR mandatory), desk level
- Good communicative skills in English, both written and oral
- Ability to “read” and also improve business processes
- Excellent interpersonal/team skills
- Customer centric mentality
- Adaptable to communicate with all levels of an organization
- Interest of and insight in digitalization and IT
- Used to work in an international setting
Preferable Requirements:
- Fluent in one Scandinavian language is an advantage
- Bachelor Degree (long and relevant / applicable experience may fulfill this requirement)
- Project leadership and project management experience
- Change management skills
- Experience of working with continuous improvement & LEAN
- Knowledge of CargoWise TMS would be preferable
