We are currently seeking for a motivated Business Development Analyst for in-depth Baltic Onboard business analysis, management reporting and supporting the Commercial team in our DFDS office in Klaipėda.

Responsibilities:

• Develop modern BI solutions to satisfy business demands
• Create and Design interactive reports and dashboards
• Create and maintain documentation of developments
• Determine business and functional requirements, evaluate and recommend process improvements
• Monitor and analyze pricing and profitability of products and services, gather Business intelligence (competition, industry dynamics, etc.)
• Make business dynamics‘ analysis of data to make recommendations to Category Managers on how to improve business in Commercial Onboard Services
• Report sales performance against annual targets
• Provide technical and functional Support and Training to end users of LS Retail, a front end POS solution for retail and hospitality

Our expectations

• 2+ years’ working experience in such positions as: BI Developer, BI Analyst, POS system consultant or in a similar Business Development and/or Commercial Analytical role
• Be passionate about data and enjoy solving complex problems
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers
• Good English skills
• Articulate: strong verbal and written communications skills and presentation skills
• Team player with organizational skills and ability to balance multiple demands
• Previous experiences working in a retail/FMCG, hospitality industry in a sales/business development capacity is a plus
• Driver’s license
