Areas of responsibility:

• Prepare and review monthly reporting to ensure compliance (incl. actuals, forecast and plan)
• Work closely with global process teams within accounting
• Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations for relevant accounts
• Drive financial planning and monitoring of results versus objectives
• Ensure implementation of standard finance practises and procedures
• Actively contribute to the controller team
• Support Business Line Leaders with financial analysis for performance management and decision support
• Contribute to continous improvements of models, processes and routines
• Maintain systems, structures and data
• Participate and perform analysis in projects when relevant
• Understand and participate in relevant commercial aspects of the contracts, including the key drivers for the business areas
• Ensure adherence to company control framework
• Perform other relevant ad hoc tasks

• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience preferably from international organisations
• Completed Master degree with Economics/ Finance/ Accounting
