We are looking for talents to our trainee program. Over the course of eighteen months you will be part of Elkem’s Corporate Business Support (CBS) department. CBS serves as an internal consulting team responsible for financial processes, analysis, as well as solving business cases for our production facilities located around the globe.

If you have strong analytical skills, interests and knowledge in finance and digitalization, and is passionate about driving change towards a more sustainable future, you are the right candidate.

Travelling will be required.

Areas of responsibility:

• Analyse monthly and quarterly results
• Business analytics for decision support
• Ensure internal control
• Coordinate forecast, budget and strategy process
• Contribute to continuous improvement of models, processes and routines in Elkem

Qualifications required for the position:

• 5 years of higher education within economics / finance / industrial economics
• Excellent academic results and up to 2 years working experience
• Geographical mobility
• A desire to develop both professionally and personally
• Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian
