What you will do:

• Provide technical expertise and support for the Vessel Insight Growth team in pre-sales and transfer to the delivery phase.
• Identify client business needs and how Vessel Insight products enable the customers’ use cases in the digital opportunity space.
• Define initial solution architecture for customers, such as integration, data collection and information modelling.
• Define answers and reply to client documentation requests such as Request for Information and Request for Proposal.
• Actively participate in client meetings presenting technical setup of Vessel Insight and Applications.
• Create and maintain technical sales documentation on the Vessel Insight components.
• Train the Vessel Insight Growth team in technical development, such as training material, guidelines and best practices.
• Provide the product and partner teams with input on observed customer needs to help prioritize product development and offerings.

As qualifications goes you already have:

• Knowledge and interest of the maritime industry and digital drivers.
• High level knowledge about Microsoft Azure.
• Interest in industrial IoT solutions and data-driven applications.
• Understanding of industrial protocols and networking.
• Enjoy working with clients.
• Experience from collaboration and communication between engineering/product teams and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience from technical roles or a similar position.
