Borregaard LignoTech welcomes candidates to apply for an interesting and demanding role as Area Business Manager Feed Americas.
The Area Business Manager Feed is responsible for leading a team of highly experienced technical sales managers as well as for the commercial activities within LignoTech’s Feed  additives in the Americas. As ABM you are a part of a global management team and will report to the Business Director Feed.

Main tasks:

• Lead and support the team of technical sales managers
• Responsible for annual sales / budget/reporting of Lignotech's products to the animal feed industry, including pelleting aids, acidifiers and by-pass protein 
• Responsible for mid- to long term regional strategy planning and implementation
• Responsible for analyzing and determining appropriate marketing mix
• Ad-hoc project management e.g. improvement programs and portfolio development
• Active support of our teams to help them realize their growth ambitions
• The ABM Feed must expect key account sales responsibility
• Responsible to follow-up and develop LignoTech’s by-pass production units

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or similar within chemistry, nutrition, veterinary, engineering etc.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience within the feed industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience from a management position
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of LignoTech’s main industrial applications is an advantage
• Firm knowledge of English plus additional international language(s)
• Interest in technical applications and solutions

Location is flexible within the US. Extensive travel is required in this role.
