Your responsibility

The main responsibility as an Allocation controller is to ensure the allocation of our products with high precision in alignment with Kappahl's goals and strategy to contribute to increased sales and profit.
You will be part of our joyful controller team and will work in close collaboration with the other Allocation Controllers who are responsible for the allocation within all our sales channels – stores as well as online. You are placed at our business unit Kids, but have close contact with other functions, such as our sales department, distribution central, buyers and other controllers.
The main tasks are:
• Optimizing sales through distribution between sales channels.
• Analyzing the flow of goods according to the sales channels needs and potential.
• Follow-up and analyzing KPI's.
• Being part of developing the way-of-working and educating the organization.

Your competence

We think you have a MSc in Economics or similar and previous experience as a controller or other analytical position, preferably within retail. You always have a business-oriented and commercial mindset and make decision based on increasing the sales numbers. You have advanced knowledge of Excel, English and Swedish.
Your personality
To be a good fit for the position you are a teamplayer but work independently with your responsibilities. You are responsive, analytical and thorough with a strong drive. You take initiatives and enjoy building networks within the organization and collaborate with a lot of colleagues. You enjoy a high pace from time to time and have an ability to prioritize and organize your work.
